Service Writer

Duties that include:

• Experience/Knowledge of wheels/tires/etc.
• Greet and communicate Customers
• Listen and document customer concerns
• Document customer and vehicle information
• Write estimate for services needed
• Document initial findings and work on work orders
• Identify and recommend additional services as needed
• Recommend and explain repairs to customers
• Operate vehicles in a clean and safe manner
• Complete paperwork and invoices daily
• Keep work areas clean and safe
• Keep customer waiting clean and organized
• Keep Bathrooms cleaned and stocked
• Keep Showroom area clean, stocked and promotions current
• Check-in and put away inventory received daily
• Comfortably lift between 50-75lbs
• Represent the Company in a professional manner

Qualifications

• Have a sales minded, customer service focus
• Ability to work and communicate well
• Be personally responsible, self-motivated and detail oriented
• Experience/Knowledge of wheels/tires/etc.
• Ability to work in a fast paced workplace
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule

Compensation

• Based upon experience and knowledge
• Dependability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
