Duties:
- Assist the Manager in maintaining a well run and profitable loan office.
- Interact in professional, positive and effective manner with the public and existing customers.
- Ability to learn quickly, detail oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work 8:45 am-6:15pm Monday-Friday, occasionally Saturday 10-4. Overtime when required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide leadership and support to team members
Experience:
-No experience is required, training will be provided, but experience is good to have.
