Our US operations are housed on our state-of-the-art manufacturing and marketing campus in Rockford, Illinois. We are currently accepting applications for a Cutting Tool Regional Sales Manager, in the California region.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Mentors, grooms and provides leadership to subordinates
• Responsible for team development, individual subordinate performance, and collective achievement of regional goals
• Identifies and implements marketing strategies that support company objectives and drive sales revenues and market share growth to desired levels within assigned region
• Generates and reviews sales reporting and forecasting and implements changes necessary to achieve desired results

Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and ability to lead and mentor subordinates
• Solid background in metal removal industry including a strong hands-on machining background with proven experience applying cutting tools in various work piece materials
• Experience in CNC programming (manual and with CAM systems) a plus.
• 5 years outside sales experience within the cutting tool industry.
• Ability to maintain a heavy travel schedule
• Must maintain a Valid Driver’s License

Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, possess a good work ethic, demonstrate reliable and punctual work habits, demonstrate safety consciousness, and always conduct themselves in a professional manner. All Candidates must be able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the US.
