    Job Description:

    The Insurance Account Executive is a key member of our team, dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our current active customers. This role is responsible for handling a wide range of transactional needs, addressing complex questions, and providing consultative services to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

    Job Roles:

    • Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for active customers, ensuring their transactional needs are met with efficiency and accuracy.
    • Complex Inquiry Resolution: Address and resolve complex customer inquiries related to their insurance policies, claims, coverage, and other related issues.
    • Consultative Support: Offer consultative advice and solutions to customers, helping them to understand their insurance options and make informed decisions.
    • Account Management: Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring all customer data is up-to-date and accurately maintained in the CRM system.
    • Renewals and Cross-Selling: Proactively manage policy renewals, identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and provide quotes as required.
    • Feedback and Improvement: Collect customer feedback, identify trends and areas for improvement, and work with the team to enhance service delivery.
    • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all customer interactions and transactions comply with industry regulations and company policies. Prepare reports on account status, customer satisfaction, and service performance as required.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, underwriting, and claims, to provide a seamless customer experience.
    • Professional Development: Stay informed of industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
