Additionally, Top Benefits Executive requires a bachelor's degree. May require Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). Typically reports to top management. THINGS TO EXPECT:
We are looking for someone to do the same thing I do. I help business create a better benefits package for their business and their employees. You will NOT be selling insurance. We already have a sales team that does that for me. I am looking for someone to assist me with new account acquisition. You will be a consultant for the business, essentially explaining how the process works for us.
No experience is needed, but management or sales experience is a plus. Training and education are provided weekly. You will for yourself, but not by yourself.
