    The Sales Account Executive is responsible for driving new revenue generation activities and partners with Marketing, Account Management and Technology Solutions to drive profitable growth for the company through new client acquisition. The successful candidate will follow the Channel Fusion sales process, while ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders. Specific responsibilities include:


    • Full sales life cycle, including identify, qualify, and capture of opportunities within identified industries and/or geographies.
    • Generate, initiate, respond to and qualify prospective client interest in Channel Fusion solutions and other service offerings.
    • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned quota/metrics for prospective accounts.
    • Focus effort and continue progress in the pursuit of sales opportunities while working collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
    • Identify potential sales development risks as well as avoidance and mitigation strategies.
    • Develop annual sales plan to meet company’s established revenue goals.
    • Partner with Marketing to ensure alignment of outbound and inbound lead generation efforts.
    • Utilize CRM and other sales enablement tools to identify, track and report all sales activity.


    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
    • 3-7 years of proven direct B-to-B new customer acquisition experience.
    • Demonstrated record of consistent sales performance exceeding annual quotas and ability to close contracts over $500,000 in annual contract value.
    • Proven experience in selling marketing programs that include Software as a Service or technology component preferred.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to gain internal support and alignment, operate independently with limited supervision and
    • feedback, and ability to establish solid working relationships with stakeholders across the company.
    • Proven presentation development and execution skills.
    • Demonstrated record of successful new client acquisition.
    • Proven experience establishing large account relationships.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively across all departments within Channel Fusion and potential client organizations.
    • Travel, as necessary.
