About your Role:
As a leader within our Community Based program, you will supervise our Community Rehabilitation Services (CBRS) and Case Management (CM) staff providing services to adults with a severe, persistent mental illness or children with a serious emotional disturbance. This position provides service specific training, supervision, and professional development to staff to ensure program effectiveness and the professional growth of our staff. You will work with staff, Program Coordinators, Lead Supervisors, clinical staff, clients, and other key personnel to ensure optimal client care.
