Summary: The Cost Accountant is a key position at Top Tier. The person is responsible for inventory and product costing and reporting, identifying areas of potential improvements, and working with team members to develop and attain accurate and timely cost reporting. The position’s focus is on the elements of product costs – materials, labor, and overhead – and the BOMs, labor collections, and overhead allocations, both planned and actual. The Cost Accountant must be skilled, detail oriented, motivated, and able to deliver information in a timely fashion.
