Company Profile: Top Notch has been in business for over 25 years focusing on buying and selling value merchandise into retail chains across the US and Canada such as Christmas Tree Shops, TJX, Big Lots, and Dollar Tree.
We work for our retail customers to; source closeout merchandise in the marketplace and direct from manufacturers, develop and coordinate marketing strategies such as pre-ticketing and/or repackaging of goods to make them retail friendly, developing targeted product to meet market needs, represent other closeout companies into retail chains by making sales calls and marketing items for them, organizing shipments to retailers and preparing paperwork for invoicing.
Position Details-Working directly with our company Accountant to complete accurate invoicing out to our customers, complete weekly accounting cycles reports to assure inventory integrity and provide information to the CFO for company administration.
This position requires an individual who has experience in bookkeeping ideally for wholesale or retail companies.

Have earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Have 2 years of experience in the field of business Computer literacy required with extensive knowledge of Excel.
