Job Summary:
Point of contact for major prime customers
Essential Job Functions:
Review and process assigned customer orders in MRP system. Communicate with customers regarding potential business, communicate with customers regarding current business. Maintain and monitor customer orders from the initial PO to the final shipment. Communicate any contract changes to the customer promptly and work to resolve any issues that arise. Participate in PDRs/CDRs as required. Monitor backlog on a daily basic. Enter and/or review incoming customer requests for quotes for entry into PLEX. Research sales history; quote history, etc for prior quote history. Participate in internal production meetings. Participate in assigned customer meetings and assist Supervisor of Contracts in costing exercises as required Various duties as assigned to support the Contracts Department.
Education and Certifications:
High School Diploma plus minimum of four (4) years general office skills
