Top Corporate Security Executive develops the overall security strategy, policies, and standards to ensure the physical safety of all visitors, employees, or customers to the organization's facilities and the security of property and assets. Establishes auditing and inspection protocols to assess, identify, and mitigate any security vulnerabilities or gaps. Being a Top Corporate Security Executive plans and prepares for crisis response, disaster recovery, evacuation, workplace violence, and other emergency events. Assesses systems, alarms, and other physical security measures for effectiveness. Additionally, Top Corporate Security Executive designs and delivers company education programs on security policies and topics to ensure staff is adequately informed and equipped to manage potential security issues. Participates in local, state, provincial, or federal working or advisory groups to keep abreast with all security-related information, directives, and events. Leads and directs major investigations and critical event responses in coordination with law enforcement and other officials or agencies. Possess broad and deep knowledge of law enforcement methods, tactics, and procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, security, or related discipline.     Reach for the Top Therapy Services is an outpatient pediatric rehabilitation facility in Dover NH. We are seeking the right candidate to serve as the Scheduling Coordinator for our fast-paced clinic serving children birth through twenty-one.

    The Scheduling Coordinator must possess excellent critical thinking and interpersonal customer service skills and the ability to demonstrate high-level problem-solving skills to capitalize on maximizing schedule outcomes and family satisfaction.

    Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, shifting attention to manage multiple tasks and maintain professionalism at all times. Possess good organization and communication skills; focused on being proactive and growth oriented as an individual and for the organization. They must understand how the clinic works as a whole and in relation to other departments.

    The best candidate will have 3 years of customer service experience, in a clinical health care environment; at least 1 year of hands-on experience with scheduling in a medical setting.

    Qualifications

    • Continually reinforces the organization’s overall mission and policies (example attendance and sick policies) to all stakeholders, in written and oral communications, and in actions.
    • Works collaboratively with all departments to ensure timely registration and coordinated patient care.
    • Computer literacy, proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Ability to determine priorities, make decisions, work independently, and solve problems.

    Responsibilities

    • Answers the phone promptly, in coordination with the administrative team.
    • Check voicemail daily and forward messages to appropriate party.
    • Maintains daily schedules for all therapists, 16
    • Managing referrals, intakes, and updating the waitlist with administrative aide support.
    • Schedule all new patient evaluations with families, sending paperwork, and creating necessary files.
    • Confirm new patient evaluation appointments by telephone 24 hours in advance to confirm and document outcome.
    • Responding to all No-Shows in a timely manner.
    • Re-inform families and enforce attendance policies as needed.
    • Manage staff time off and attendance, including all callout coverage and rescheduling for vacations.
    • Collect balances and co-payment to assist Office Administrator as needed.
    • Ability to enter and retrieve data accurately.
    • Works closely with the Office Manager, Office Administrator, Office Aide, and Director of Operations on administration priorities, effectiveness, and efficiency.
    • Participates in development and implementation of special projects as directed.
