We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Permanent Controller to join our dynamic team in the Construction Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Construction Accounting. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Controller, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing the month-end close process
• Analyzing financial reports and presenting findings to senior management
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements
• Managing the cash flow of the company
• Working with an outside CPA firm to ensure compliance with all accounting regulations
• Developing and implementing financial controls and procedures
• Providing guidance and support to the accounting team
• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of all financial information
• Collaborating with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or Equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Construction Accounting, Sage 100, Cash Flow, and Financial Statements
• Proven ability to analyze financial data and present findings to senior management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with an outside CPA firms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
