Top Division Human Resources Executive plans and directs human resources policies, objectives, and initiatives for a division or region within an organization. Implements end-to-end human resources function to deliver talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and employee support services. Being a Top Division Human Resources Executive partners with leadership across the organization to provide human resources programs aligned with the organization's operational objectives, mission, and values. Builds and develops the teams and technology resources to facilitate regulatory compliance, recordkeeping, transaction processing, and analysis of workforce metrics.     We are seeking a Human Resources Clerk to join a team in Washington, DC for a 3–4 month project.  

    The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with an energetic personality who is able to undertake a variety of support tasks. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and will be able to communicate effectively with Executives and the Human Resources team.

    General Responsibilities:

    • Review, format, and edit existing and new documents for accuracy
    • Migration of HRIS records to new HRIS platform
    • Work with the HR Team and Executives to create new policy documents and/or revise existing company policies
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Must have completed 2 years of college courses (Required)
    • Must have 3 years experience working with Microsoft Suite (Required)
    • Must have 2 or more years experience in HRIS administration/management
    • At minimum 2 years of experience in a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Client Services role
    • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work effectively independently with limited supervision
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
