Top Division Legal Executive plans and directs all aspects of a division's legal affairs. Ensures all division policies and activities are managed correctly and in compliance with current laws. Being a Top Division Legal Executive provides strategic guidance on legal issues, manages compliance and risk mitigation, reviews contracts, and handles other legal duties to protect the organization's interests. Uses a broad range of legal expertise and current knowledge to advise leadership on any regulatory changes or actions that may impact the business. Additionally, Top Division Legal Executive requires a JD. Requires State Bar membership. Typically reports to top legal executive. The Top Division Legal Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. What do you need to be a Process Server?
- Must have your own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance
- Tech savvy iPhone / iPad or Android smart device and ability to work within a mobile app
- Ability to scan and print documents
- Ability to work variable hours Early mornings, evenings and weekends
- Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required
