Precision Machinist - Tool and Die Maker
McCurdy Tool & Machine Co. is hiring Precision Machinist - Tool and Die Maker to work in our McCurdy Tool shop. The Precision Machinist - Tool and Die Maker must be capable of fitting and repairing aluminum die cast molds.
- Applicant must be able to operate surface grinder, Bridgeport and Manual lathes
- EDM knowledge is a plus
- Full-Time openings with overtime. We ask for 50 hours per week, can work more if interested
- Pay based on experience
- Potential for increases based on meeting performance expectations
- Health and Dental Insurance, 401K, and paid time off
- Potential for growth within the company
- Apprenticeship Program available through Rock Valley College and Rock River Valley Tool & Die.
- Potential to earn 60K-70K per year.
The shop is open from 5:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 5:00 am to Noon Saturday.
