- Experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders, backhoes, tankers, dump trucks, graders, water trucks, and horizontal drilling equipment.
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic maintenance on equipment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and other technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
