The Junior Advisor role will mentor under our Senior team to expand their knowledge of Group Benefits while building relationships with current individual clients and group accounts. We combine our mentor program with an entry level client servicing role to learn about our core client strategies from the ground/up. Your performance will directly impact the growth of our firm.

Responsibilities

• Achieve new business goals.
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Partner respectively with team members and vendors
• Review applications, endorsements, and policies.
• Maintain files and notes in the customer database.
• Manage renewals.
• Prepare and maintain reports as required by management.
• Willing to expand existing knowledge and complete continuing education compliance requirements.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience
• Life insurance license required.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced and team-oriented environment.
• Must have a neat appearance and demonstrate workplace etiquette.
• Should be respectful, friendly, and enjoy dealing with people.
• Have strong computer skills and working knowledge of a variety of systems.
• Must be detailed oriented and have great organizational skills.
• Be willing to learn, comfortable accepting guidance and be a self-starter.
• Must be responsible for meeting goals and deadlines.
