Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Realtor to join our team. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Your strong customer service and sales skills will be essential in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Duties:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Show properties to potential buyers and tenants
- Advise clients on real estate market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property closings, including inspections, appraisals, and necessary paperwork
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish (Bilingual) is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
