Job Description:

Ethos is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for our corporate office located in Valdosta, GA. The Executive Assistant will report directly to the Director of Operations (DOP) and provide full administrative support.

This role must be on-site at our Valdosta, GA, office every Monday through Friday.  Sometimes, this position may require travel with the DOP.

Duties:

• Manage busy calendars, requiring interaction with internal and external executives and assistants, to coordinate various complex executive meetings.
• Lead meeting/event management, including arranging facilities, catering, technology support, and speakers and guests.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and promptly.
• Be able to manage competing priorities in a timely and efficient manner
• Organize all travel needs and prepare complex travel itineraries.
• Articulate and draft email correspondence for the CEO and COO.
• Answer phones and screen calls; receive, route, and respond to mail, telephone, email, and personal inquiries on behalf of the CEO/COO. Provides the same functions for other members of the leadership team as requested.
• Provide requested support to other members of the senior leadership team as needed.
• Attend, take notes, and follow up on action items for team calls hosted by executive(s)
• Perform other related duties as assigned, including personal requests on an as-needed basis
• Serve as the confidential secretary to the DOP by receiving, reviewing, and properly disposing of sensitive correspondence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 5 years of experience supporting executive-level management required
• Experience with healthcare executives preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be an independent thinker and able to anticipate executive's needs; be able to plan for go-forward meetings
• Great attention to detail; must be able to work with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
• Must be able to function in a fast-paced and at times, demanding environment
• Advanced knowledge of Google Suite or Microsoft – specifically Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and time constraints
