Position Details
The Generalist of Human Resources projects a positive image to potential and current employees to promote Family Resources as an employer of choice and to increase employee satisfaction and retention. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, applicant tracking system management, orientation, employee performance reviews, internal promotion and transfer, as well as being the backup for the Payroll & Benefits Specialist being able to assist with processing of payroll, benefits, Family Medical Leave Act, Leave of Absence, Americans with Disabilities Act paperwork, unemployment and workers compensation, and by assist the Human Resources Director with audits, ongoing training, and assisting with internal investigations and corrective action. This position ensures consistency and compliance with, state, federal, and accreditation policies, procedures, and regulations. This position must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance. These responsibilities are carried out under the direction of the Director of Human Resources. This position will need to have a flexible schedule that may include working some nights, weekends, and holidays.
