We currently have a coveted opportunity to become a member of it’s select professional End-to-End Supply Chain team as a Logistics and Inventory Control Associate. We are seeking an individual with demonstrated expertise and solid experience in all aspects of Shipping, Receiving, Inventory and Warehousing functions in a technical manufacturing environment. You will also support the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry, government, and customer standards.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately and in a timely fashion receive all company related incoming raw materials and supplies, including CFM, CFE and any requisite testing equipment.
• Robustly and efficiently package, arrange shipment of and track all outgoing ARC deliveries of ARC finished goods, CFE, CFM, RMA materials and all other products, supplies and equipment associated with daily business @ ARC.
• Thoroughly Identify and process all pertinent information on incoming purchase orders with their attendant packing slips, ensuring accuracy of product, quantity and establishing incoming packaging condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Identify purchase order material requirements which detail certifications to raw materials and special processes.
• Process all incoming material certifications into the company ERP database.
• Ensure the accurate, efficient, organized, and safe dispositioning of incoming materials.
• Ensure the accuracy of ARC material inventory, via cycle counting, and updating of inventory values in the ARC operating system.
• Update all ARC stakeholders in a timely fashion.
• Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to resolve irregularities.
• Positively engage with all ARC related business associates and employees.
• Safely and professionally use all material handling equipment
Requirements
• Associate Degree in a pertinent field, or (5) years’ experience in a related field within a technical manufacturing environment.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to achieve and maintain positional balance.
• Solid understanding of working in an environment which utilizes a manufacturing ERP system.
• Ability to work with material handling systems.
• Detail oriented and organizationally proficient to perform in a multi-role position.
• Knowledge of efficient and effective Warehousing practices, including utilizing accurate Bin location maintenance while maintaining inventory integrity.
• Identifying, dispositioning and tracking of critical material certifications.
• Exposure to, and knowledge of materials kitting procedures.
• Reliable and able to execute the positional requirements with minimal oversight.
• Professionally, and in a positive manner, engages with company service providers.
• Proficiency in math, communication and computer skills.
• Familiarity with function and execution of Kanban systems.
• Logistical experience identifying strategic, quality shipping partners with competitive price points and proven reliability
