Being a Top Manufacturing Executive adopts process designs, technologies, and methods that maximize operational efficiency. Directs and participates in workforce or labor relations negotiations and planning activities. Additionally, Top Manufacturing Executive plans and forecasts resources for facilities, equipment, materials, technology, and workforce to ensure sufficient manufacturing capacity to support business goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to chief operating officer (coo) or top management. The Top Manufacturing Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Basic Function
To assemble products in accordance with established standards, with emphasis Box Build and more complex mechanical assembly.
Reponsibilities:
1. Assemble assigned product parts on assembly line in accordance with production guidelines.
2. Read and understand blue prints, wiring diagrams, travelers, bills of material.
3. Use measuring tools, crimp tools, wire cutting equipment and stripping machines.
4. Use of different hand and power tools and torquing to spec
5. Heat shrink sleeving and boots.
6. Knowledge of how to solder pins, contacts, and solder cups
7. Perform spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards.
8. Notify management of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
9. Adhere to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
10. Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
11. Maintain an organized and clean work area.
12. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience:
Prior assembly and cable experience required.
