- Enter data into various computerized systems and databases with a high level of accuracy
- Perform data verification and validation to ensure data integrity
- Maintain and update records and databases as needed
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Review data for errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections
- Generate reports and perform data analysis using Excel and pivot tables
- Assist with order entry and processing as required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
