Our fast-growing cannabis dispensary is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dispensary.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Educate customers on the different strains of cannabis, their effects, and the different products available
• Assist customers with their selections and make appropriate recommendations based on their needs
• Accurately handle cash and electronic transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain a clean and organized dispensary
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and trends
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations governing the sale and use of cannabis

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of different strains of cannabis and their effects
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary state and local certifications

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling
• Knowledge of local and state regulations governing the sale and use of cannabis
