Position Overview:
$42,250 base salary, with a total compensation of up to $47,230

Position Description:
We are looking for a self-starting, motivated person who excels at building relationships, enjoys sales, and marketing, and provides excellent customer service. District Executives are a diverse group, sharing a dynamic career offering independence, achievement, and stability. The District Executive is the manager of a designated territory (called a district) consisting of multiple counties or population centers within the Greater St. Louis Area Council’s 63 counties. We are looking for someone to take ownership of growing the district in the key areas of finance, membership, and volunteer development – this is not a clock-in clock-out type of job. This position provides a flexible schedule, the ability for remote work, and involves seasonal travel. Starting Pay and Benefits:
