The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of our properties while maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction. This is a part time position with the possibility of turning into full time. Responsibilities - Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, coordination of maintenance, rent collection, and tenant relations - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards - Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates - Screen potential tenants, process applications, and execute lease agreements - Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship - Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, leases, and tenant interactions - Handle tenant complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner - Recruit new clients and help grow current portfolio: - Previous experience as a Property Manager or similar role - Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and file management - Familiarity with property management software such as Buildium - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant relations - Ability to handle conflict management situations professionally - Understanding of legal administrative processes related to property management - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
