Role: Functional Supervisor
Location: Indianapolis, IN(Remote)
Duration: Long term
1. Responsible for functional and performance management of resources.
2. Training and onboarding staff. The supervisor will be trained in our processes and development tools. The supervisor would train new staff and make sure they were following the process. An example of one of these processes is to be “certified” in using Git.
3. Works with IT management team to understand needs, concerns, and any possible changes.
4. Handles team staffing issues.
5. Addresses any concerns with the engagement from DWD and acts as the single point of contact for issues and resolution.
6. Provides reports on productivity and quality measures as well as any other data or reporting as requested by DWD.
