We are looking for an extremely organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. You will act as a liaison and will manage mostly business-related tasks for the team such as creating reports, verbal and written communication-related correspondences, keeping the CEO schedule and tasks organized, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point, be extremely fast at solving problems and have experience as an executive or administration assistant in the past

What are some of the responsibilities of this role;
- First and foremost, anything that the CEO assigns. This position is one the CEO works with the most and therefore you will be involved in just about every aspect of the business. Assignments, however, can include running personal errands for the CEO.
- Act on behalf of the CEO in ensuring standards, procedures and policies are maintained.
- Manage administrative functions which can include travel and expense reports.
- Conduct research and report findings, as needed
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and conference materials
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end reports and various SMS reports
- Prepare departmental budgets, manuals, and materials needed
- Assist with various marketing activities and initiatives

- Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
- Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives.
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
- Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
- Making travel arrangements for executives.
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database
Executive Assistant Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite.
- 2 years of Management experience
- 2 years of Admin experience
- Associates Degree (preferred)
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Proven experience as administrative support experience (preferred)
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.

Pay: $33,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
