Top Training Executive leads the development and implementation of all aspects of an organization's training programs, policies, and objectives to develop and maintain an effective workforce. Collaborates with functional management teams to assess training and development needs as well as to gauge the effectiveness of established programs. Being a Top Training Executive develops a strategic plan to implement an efficient and responsive training services team and relevant programs. Reviews new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs. Additionally, Top Training Executive oversees relationship with vendors to ensure outside training programs are effective and provide a good return on investment. May lead or contribute to a succession planning process. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top human resources management. The Top Training Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function. Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of the facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors when necessary
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong electrical knowledge and ability to read schematics and logic controllers
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to weld and fabricate parts as needed
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment issues
