Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of the facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors when necessary
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong electrical knowledge and ability to read schematics and logic controllers
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to weld and fabricate parts as needed
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment issues
