Description

The Training Administrator will provide support to customer and staff on all matters related to the organizational training program. 

• Assist in the coordination and scheduling of students for prescribed training events. 
• Forecasts seat availability and communicates with the proper stakeholders to ensure each training event sees maximum attendance. 
• Communicates with organizational Points of contact, students, and other stakeholders to provide administrative instruction on class location, lodging, and transportation requirements. 
• Monitor class attendance, and document student status related to withdrawals, training completion, or training non-completions, etc. 
• Coordinate with instructors to verify suitable training locations are available. 
• Attend lessons learned meetings, review feedback from student personnel, and use other means of feedback (surveys etc.) to allow the department to pursue efficiencies where possible in the future. 
• Capture lessons learned for development of knowledge management repository. 
• Develop and maintain customer training portal. 
• Other duties as assigned.    

Requirements

• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1-year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, facilitation, and learner-centered activities.
• High comfort level with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment and to use collaboration tools to foster communication and facilitate completion of tasks.
• US citizenship required and MUST possess a current TS security clearance with SCI eligibility
