Total Grounds is a thriving professional landscape company and is seeking the right candidates to oversee our property maintenance division. The Landscape Maintenance Manager will be responsible for scheduling, execution and maintenance of client summer contracts for Total Grounds. Summer maintenance consists of overseeing 1-2 mow crews and a small projects crew that perform the seasonal mowing, trimming, prunings, cleanups and other routine landscape maintenance services. In the winter, the division will assist in preparation and execution of snow events and services while also focusing on off-season punch lists.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule and communicate summer mow & projects crews daily tasks
Coordinate with clients to understand their specific maintenance requirements and ensure those requirements are met.
Oversee the PM and upkeep of division equipment and tools
Hydroseeding coordination and scheduling
Supervising daily truck & trailer set-up for crews
Training employees on proper equipment use
Prioritizing projects and ensuring quality at each customer site
Interacting with potential prospects and providing quality customer relations. This will include regular communication with our clients about service timing .
Following up on customer feedback and complaints
Documenting work in a timely manner
Learning and using programs to help with quoting, team communication, scheduling and project coordination
Assist in snow plowing operations in the winter
Qualifications:
A passion for making customer properties look amazing with strong customer service skills
2 years of experience supervising a landscape or related crew
Knowledge of landscaping best practices, such as proper grass, shrub and plant care
Experience working in commercial snow plowing
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
