Extensive knowledge of department processes.     We are currently seeking a Market Manager in Austin, TX. The Market Manager (MM) role is a key level leadership position reporting to the DVP with profit and loss responsibility for the assigned branch operations. The MM provides day-to-day oversight of the assigned branches, with its Branch Managers, Operations Managers and/or Project Managers as direct reports.

    ​​​The MM will work within a state and may be responsible for three to five branch locations. There will be considerable travel for this role to respective branch locations. As one of the district leaders, the MM has a meaningful impact on creating and maintaining a healthy organizational culture within both their own function and throughout the company.


    The starting salary is $100,000-$120,000 per year depending on experience, including bonuses.

    What You'll Do:
    • Ensure that the branches operate consistent with RoadSafe’s safety standards and continuously improve worker injury incident and motor vehicle accident rates
    • Translate the Company’s Safety Culture into field execution programs and follow up to assure that each field location is participating and achieving the Company’s mission
    • Provide outstanding service to customers by building long-lasting professional relationships through personal contact, site reviews, and responding to customer requests.
    • Drive top decile profitability and returns on invested capital
    • Manage assigned branches sales and cost to increase district profit by guiding teams in financial decision making
    • Create, implement, and monitor systems/programs to minimize branch costs
    • Seek to improve the growth trajectory and profitability of acquired businesses, thereby fulfilling a core tenet of the company’s strategic plan
    • Be a thought leader for the other members of the leadership team and represent the company to outsiders
    • Have a solutions-based approach and demonstrate a result-oriented attitude and go above and beyond to help the company and its employees achieve greatness in both the present and future
