Qualifications and Skills

• Recognized Personal training certification
• CPR/AED Certification
• Experience working with injuries/previous injuries
• Personal training/group training experience

Physical Demands:

F45 Trainers need to be on their feet leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout. Trainers must demonstrate all exercises for members which can involve bosu balls, medicine balls, barbells, dumbbells, sandbags, TRX, ab wheels, or other fitness equipment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Sports coaching: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Certified Personal Trainer (Required)
• CPR Certification (Required)

• Goodyear, AZ 85395: Relocate before starting work (Required)
