Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Fitness Managers to join our team. As an Assistant Fitness Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our fitness facility. This includes sales, coaching, training, and managing the day-to-day operations of the gym.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the fitness facility
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones
- Recruit, train, and supervise fitness staff
- Provide leadership and guidance to the fitness team
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs
- Conduct interviews to hire qualified fitness staff
- Implement sales management strategies to increase membership sales
- Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times

Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Personal Training Sales skills will be a major focus of this job.

- Proven experience in sales management and achieving targets

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
