Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store and safety protocals of our range. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, team leadership and Safety .

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and meet revenue targets
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and coaching staff on effective customer engagement techniques
- Manage inventory levels to optimize product availability and minimize stockouts
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

- Secures merchandise and services by implementing securitysystems and protcals

- Protect employees and coustomers by providing a safe clean store envirement
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees to build a high-performing team
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient store operations
- Oversee cash register operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reconciliations
- Manage pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives as needed

-Maintains the stability andreputationof facilityby complying with leagal requirements.

Experience:
- Proven experience in store management or a similar role
- Strong mathematical skills for inventory management and financial analysis
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in recruiting, training, and managing a team of employees
- Proficiency in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints effectively
