- Manage founders email inbox and calendar 100%
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Transcribe meeting notes and prepare documents for distribution
- Utilize software such as DocuSign for document management
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills:
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Experience with customer service and maintaining professional relationships
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
