Job Duties
The Clinical Director at GSCH will supervise all clinical operations across our network of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) providing integrated Primary Care and other care services to a vulnerable patient population. In partnership with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Director of Quality Improvement and Population Health, the Clinical Director will oversee and manage delivery of Primary Care, Prenatal Care, Pediatric Care, and Medication Assisted Recovery (MAR) Care services across all clinical sites and programs. Clinic sites include Goodwin Community Health in Somersworth, NH; Families First Health & Support Center in Portsmouth, NH; the School-Based Clinic at Somersworth High School in Somersworth, NH. Clinical programs include the Mobile Health Program, the Tobacco Cessation Program, the Remote Patient Monitoring Program, the Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCP), and more.The Clinical Director will also ensure compliance with federal Patient Centered Medical Home accreditation. Ideal candidates for the Clinical Director position are RNs with prior managerial experience excited to work with multiple shareholders in an FQHC setting to improve patient access to excellent care in an integrated, community health setting.
