In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages to potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless travel booking experience. Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget constraints.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, and industry trends to effectively recommend suitable options to customers.
- Sales Generation: Proactively promote and sell travel packages, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Booking Management: Handle the end-to-end booking process, including reservation confirmations, itinerary creation, and payment processing.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the travel experience.
- Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services such as travel insurance, car rentals, and excursions to enhance the customer's travel experience.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate and complete documentation of customer information, bookings, and transactions.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Adaptability: Stay flexible and adapt to changes in travel plans, customer requirements, and industry developments.
- Targets and Reporting: Meet and report on weekly and monthly sales targets, providing insights into performance and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Some experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of popular travel destinations, services, and products.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and booking platforms.
