AT A GLANCE:

The System Administrator will work closely with our IT Infrastructure team to ensure optimum operation of our systems, network and other IT infrastructure, while monitoring the security of our IT infrastructure.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

• Administer and maintain Windows-based systems and Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 help desk issues, including software and hardware problems.
• Work in collaboration with the IT team to identify, diagnose, and rectify any network related issues.
• Provide support to various departments within the company, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a patient approach to problem-solving.
• Assist in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks.
• Implement system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
• Contribute to decision-making processes regarding technology improvements and implementations.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
• Regularly update technical documentation.
• Ensure our network is secure from cyber threats
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

NECESARRY EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Knowledge of computer systems such as windows, and IT infrastructure.

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with databases and basic networking.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Level 3 help desk issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a
• Three years relevant technical or business work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
