User Liaison serves as a liaison between systems personnel and end users, such as a client or business unit. Provides systems analysis to ensure the needs of the user are met. Being a User Liaison may assist in system implementation or training. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, User Liaison typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a User Liaison typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Position: User Experience Manager
Reports to: Chief Communications Officer (CCO)
Scope: CIPE is seeking a full-time, exempt position based in Washington, D.C. for a User Experience Manager who will write and design digital assets to ensure users enjoy seamless and engaging interactions with digital platforms. Daily responsibilities include creating web pages, podcasts and videos to make sure they improve SEO, meet brand standards, and effectively deliver CIPE’s messages.
