User Liaison serves as a liaison between systems personnel and end users, such as a client or business unit. Provides systems analysis to ensure the needs of the user are met. Being a User Liaison may assist in system implementation or training. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, User Liaison typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a User Liaison typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. User Experience Designer
Our UX Holistic Lead Designers define and design end-to-end experiences. Their responsibilities can span all the way from user research to final design execution to overseeing product delivery and sign-off with the development teams. They are usually most active in the early and middle design phases, leading design research efforts, defining experience objectives and design principles, and driving design directions. Deliverables produced by UX Designers can vary depending on their roles in a project, which typically include competitive analysis, personas, scenarios and use cases, journey maps, storyboards, experience objectives, design requirements and guiding principles, and high-level information architecture.
