Description

We are a seeking a proactive End User Support Analyst.

In this role, your duties will include handling end user requests, developing and managing technology systems, supporting active directory and basic scripting, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues. You'll be responsible for documenting escalated issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolutions, and driving user adoption of key systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

Support and maintain M365, Active Directory, Windows 10, and Intune systems.

Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation and resolve problems.

Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.

Train users in the proper use of hardware or software.

Handle escalated IT support tickets until issue resolution.

Collaborate with providers of third-party apps configured with our system.

Maintain communications on project status, issues, and successes in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

- 3 years of deskside Support experience required

- Experience with Windows 11

- Microsoft Office 365 experience preferred

- Windows Intune experience

- Active Directory experience
