User Liaison serves as a liaison between systems personnel and end users, such as a client or business unit. Provides systems analysis to ensure the needs of the user are met. Being a User Liaison may assist in system implementation or training. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, User Liaison typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a User Liaison typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. The Clinical Liaison is primarily responsible for hospital and medical facility-based outreach to identify new referral sources and maintain on-going relationships that will increase census and preference for hospice services. Clinical Liaisons use their clinical knowledge, empathetic communication skills, and marketing abilities to initiate one-on-one dialog with referral sources, families, and prospective patients to help explain and educate on hospice services. Our Clinical Liaisons are hospice experts and serve as a resource to their referral sources to ensure extraordinary patient and customer service.
