ABOUT THE POSITION
The Vehicle Fleet Maintenance Coordinator functions as part of the Corporate team and is responsible for managing the maintenance of Hugg & Hall’s vehicle fleet to ensure safe operation of all vehicles.

In this role you will:

• DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT MAINTENANCE SCHEDULES for manufacturer recommendations and industry standards
• COORDINATE AND COLLABORATE with operations departments to optimize fleet management
• ENSURE COMPLIANCE with relevant regulations and safety standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Prefer 4 years experience in fleet maintenance and repair
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
• Proficient in fleet management software or maintenance management programs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• ASE certification or other relevant certifications preferred
• Minimum 21 years of age with clean driving record

SKILLS THAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS MAY INCLUDE:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to organize and multi task
• Experience with diesel vehicles would be a plus

RELATED EXPERIENCE MAY INCLUDE: Maintenance Supervisor, Logistics Coordinator, Vehicle Maintenance Technician

Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions:
This position is in an indoor office environment with a controlled climate.
This position is continuously required to talk or hear; regularly required to sit, stand, walk, or climb. And will occasionally reach with hands and arms. This position requires sitting at a computer desk for long periods of time with constant use of a computer keyboard while reading the computer screen. This position will continuously use hands to type.
This position occasionally will be working in other company locations.  The normal auto hazards will apply.
