Description:

The Program Manager, Automotive Paint Film Application has overall project control of the administration and scope of work completion for the company’s Automotive Paint Film Application Program. The position may require the direct supervision of the work of others and requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance to our client. These include but are not limited to project management, project quoting, budgetary management and client interaction.

Essential Job Functions:

• Exercise overall project control for the Automotive Paint Film Application Program.
• Frequent, regular interface with OEM clients and contracted vendors to discuss the Paint Film Application Program.
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the Paint Film Application Program within budget.
• Perform quoting services encompassing all aspects of client projects relating to paint film.
• Process proposals, product placement and transportation coordination.
• Responsible for leading and managing respective PVS team members ensuring high performance and technical competency, resulting in quality and delivery cost expectations.
• Maintain and regularly update vehicle tracking databases.
• Perform timely and appropriate activities to support all financial/accounting procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Prior automotive experience is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience with Automotive Paint Protection Film product is a distinct plus.

Requires the Following Skills:

• A working knowledge of the Paint Film Application process – a robust training program will be provided.
• Excellent communication, both oral and written. Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone, email and written means.
• Ability to identify, train and lead high performance teams to successful outcomes.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Must be able to multi-task while ensuring follow up and follow through on required tasks.
• High degree of organization and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate or higher skills with computer applications (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, D365, etc.).

Other Requirements:

• Lifting requirements: 5 – 15 lbs.
• Requires minor to moderate level of physical activity.
• Some travel may be required.
