Job Overview:
We are seeking a full time front desk receptionist to join our small team! The ideal candidate will have experience working in a receptionist or office manager role and possess strong administrative and customer service skills. As the first point of contact for our customers, the receptionist will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Answering the phone and responding to emails
- Putting together quotes and information for customers
- Sending invoices and contracts to customers
- Meeting with customers during appointments or walk-ins
- Managing the shop schedule and keeping track of wrap installations. Keeping customers updated on drop off times, installation progress and pick up times.
- Updating and managing our project board on ClickUp
- Managing social media and posting content when possible.
- Occasional other tasks around the shop as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a receptionist and answering phones is required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs and manage scheduling
- Previous experience in the vehicle wrap industry is a massive plus
