Milestone is looking for a highly skilled Videographer to work in our US Headquarters located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. We seek someone who thrives when challenged and can contribute across a diverse team.

As a Videographer, you will have a key role in helping Milestone to achieve marketing success. You will be the key driver in bringing our brand story to life for our target customers. Regional Marketing, Americas develops and implements marketing strategy with our Global Marketing counterparts. The videographer joins a team of marketers with the mandate to help bring the Milestone brand to life as we tell our brand story through digital media.

The videographer manages all aspects of video and creative asset creation – Pre-production (planning, development), Shoot production (recording video and audio), and Post-production (editing, graphics, voiceover, etc.). This role requires knowledge of various forms of media, including but not limited to cinematography, commercial/studio/field production, lighting schemes, video and audio editing, graphic design, and motion graphic skills. The videographer helps in the creation and implementation of multimedia deliverables (primarily video) across all regional Milestone digital properties, including web, mobile, social media channels, and collateral tool assets such as customer case stories, while working to ensure strict adherence to Milestone brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in video editing, production, and digital storytelling. The successful candidate will be willing to learn, develop, and advance their knowledge of live studio production technical skills while conveying meaning and story through video and art.

The ideal candidate will have skills or experience in the following areas:

• Video Storytelling – Concepting, storyboarding, collaboration in scripting, etc.
• Video Pre-production – Planning, location scouting, equipment planning, logistics, etc.
• Video Production & Post-production – Shooting content, B-roll, audio, etc.
• Video Editing
• Motion Graphics
• Graphic Design
• Adobe Premiere Pro, InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Bonus Skills or Willingness to Learn:

• Live Studio Switching and Audio management
• Studio Lighting
• vMix, Frame.io, and Black Magic Design production tools
• Green Screen production and editing techniques
• Video Motion Tracking

Responsibilities:

• Video Storytelling – Create first-rate video assets that bring the Milestone narrative to life.
• Collaborative Project Management – Work closely with the Creative Services group and regional marketing team to concept, develop, and deploy creative projects.
• Produce Marketing and Communications Video – Plan, shoot, and edit video projects to support marketing goals and sales enablement efforts across the region (North America, LATAM).
• Collaborative Project Coordination – Collaborate with agency partners on special projects, ensuring brand standards alignment, and authenticity to brand narrative.
• Liaise with Global Marketing – Cooperate with brand studio counterparts in the HQ office to share, harvest, and repurpose assets to ensure efficiency and optimal use of assets globally.
• Event Marketing Support – Collaborate with Event Marketing Manager to manage video production planning at marquee events as directed.
• Ability to travel to Regional and Global events and activities as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but experience and/or other training/certification may be substituted for the education.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in video production.
• Marketing Knowledge and Experience
• A body of work (reel and portfolio) demonstrating creative and technical abilities.

The annual compensation for this position range from $55,252 to $88,075 with most candidates falling in the $63,094 to $75,600 range. Pay is based on the level, location, complexity, responsibility, and job duties of the specific position and is just one component of Milestone’s total compensation package. Additionally, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes medical/dental benefits, FSA or HSA, 401k with 6% Safe Harbor employer match, paid parental leave, generous PTO (20 days' vacation, 10 days paid sick time, and 10 company holidays), fully paid Short Term disability policy, fully paid Long Term disability policy, and Life Insurance.
