Local Real Estate Company is looking for someone with a passion for photography to help build our residential marketing operations in the greater Northeast Florida area. Our goal is to have the highest quality Real Estate presentation in our marketplace. We are looking for traditional photographer capabilities.

Ideal candidate will be a high energy individual who can work within a team environment. Applicants should be able to demonstrate past success in a similar role. This position will be responsible for the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Photography of real estate properties, residential, commercial, and land
• Daily delivery of raw images to the FSM editors
• Osmo Video footage
• Shoot additional front shots as needed for Client Connect programs

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• You must have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses and lighting
• Working knowledge of HDR photography
• Willingness to acquire a Valid Drone operator’s license. All education and licensing fees paid for by the company.
• You must have your own quality smart phone
• You must have reliable transportation and insurance as this person will have to drive to each home to professionally shoot it.
• You must be able to work during regular business hours 9 to 5 – Monday through Friday but also be flexible to accommodate homeowners when required
• You must be comfortable working with many different kinds of people and property conditions
• You must be able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments
• You must have a friendly, outgoing personality, with a customer focus
• You must be self-disciplined and be able to stay on task even outside of the office
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus but not required

Job Type: Full Time

Compensation: Hourly rate PLUS MILEAGE. Currently licensed real estate professionals eligible for additional compensation.

Experience: Understanding of the real estate industry a plus
