PRIMARY DUTIES
The CTV Videographer will be responsible for covering various pre-scheduled meetings and events within the city for both the government Board of Aldermen, the Board of Education, and other various board meetings such as Zoning and Planning. This coverage includes committee meetings as well. Duties to include but not limited to; controlling multiple remote cameras, testing all audio connections prior to each meeting to assure proper sound quality within the room, ensuring the broadcast server is properly programmed for the live broadcast and the replay recording, arriving at studio well before event to prepare equipment (camera, tripod, microphone(s) and accessories).
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience working in a Television environment is helpful, but not required. All new hires will be fully trained in their roll.
