Volunteer Coordinator supervises and leads the daily undertakings of a volunteer program to attract, inspire, train, and deploy volunteers. Leads the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of volunteer workers. Being a Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for training and educating volunteers. Duties:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, nonprofit management, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in volunteer management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire volunteers
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Proficiency in social media management platforms
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Familiarity with Raiser's Edge or other donor management software (preferred)
- Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs for volunteers
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and community partners
